Footnotes v3.2.1

That was fast!

In Footnotes v3.2, I've changed some usability options and by default You could have only one note opened. Some people said to me that they prefer the previous behavior, so now You can choose! If You want to open multiple notes at the same time, just do in Your environment:

Footnotes::Filter.multiple_notes = true

I also fixed one bug, reported by Steven Bristol, when You have a Proc as Your response body.

For last, I had to redefine some CSS, so if You are using Your own style in Footnotes, be careful cause almost all ids have changed. I redefined also some Javascript, to avoid functions names conflicts!
